Acclaim - Cannot see complete screen

Problem:

Installed Paymate Acclaim/Standard on Windows 2000 /Windows XP and can’t see the complete screen.

Solution:

Steps:

1. Right click on desktop go to properties.
2. Click on setting.
3. Click on advance button
4. If you have installed on Windows 2000 on the General Tab you will see Font Size you have to choose small fonts under the Font size on the General and then press ok.
   OR
   If you have installed on Windows XP on the General Tab you will see DPI settings you have to choose Normal Size (96 DPI) under the DPI settings and then press ok.

NOTE: Check if the Acclaim window is not resized (it is full screen)
