Acclaim - Invalid Pointer Operation when Changing Data Year

Problem:

Error: invalid Pointer operation, when trying to change Data year back to the current year in Paymate Acclaim.

Solution:

Steps:

1. Open PMW.INI file, which can typically be found in the c:\PaymateW folder.
2. Right click the file and select "Open With". Open the file using notepad.
3. Look for "Datayear" settings and set it to the current year.
4. Save the file, close it and run the program again.
