Problem:

Invalid license file error for Network install.

Solution:

Steps:

  1. Go to workstation where paymate is working.
  2. Go to setup > preferences,
  3. Write down path of ’Working Directory’
  4. Go to workstation where paymate is not working.
  5. Go to ‘C:\paymateW’ and open(open with Notepad) file PMW.ini.
  6. WorkingDir=(path for working Directory from step 2)

    Use UNC path for Working directory

    Alternate:

    On the workstation that works locate the PMW.ini file. Copy the file.

    Bring the copied file on the workstation that does not work on the same location (this will overwrite the pmw.ini file). Ensure no message related with Acclaim is open while doing the operation.

    In addition ensure that Windows user has full control to the location where the .CPY folder is located.
