Problem:

I selected the 8.5 x 11 Payslip and the export options tab does not appear.

Solution:

Steps:

  1. Go to Setup > Preferences.
  2. Uncheck the box under Timesheet Options for 'Use QuickReport' for Cheques and Payslips.
  3. Click on Save to confirm changes.
  4. Go to Payroll > Process Payroll.
  5. Select Print > Cheques and Payslips.
  6. Go to the Layout tab and select the style Cheque and Payslip 8.5 by 11

You will now be able to view and configure the items in the Payslip Export Options tab.
