Reports in Clarity can be exported or saved as external files, then added to the Clarity database. This is often done when Paymate creates a custom report and forwards it to you or you might get a copy of a report from an affiliate or other company. These files have a .RTM extension. Once the report is added to your database, it is backed up and kept along with the rest of your data.

Pre-Requisites

  • Have received the .RTM file from Paymate
  • Know where your .RTM file is located on your computer
