Record identifier ‘W’ is not mandatory in job cost import interface:
- 'fixed length file': If customer defines only job cost entry mapping then he can include or not Record identifier into the interface. If customer defines job centre or cost centre mapping then all three mappings should have Record identifier
- Comma delimited interface: Any record that does not start with ‘C’ or ‘J’ is considered a work record
