Problem: 

Clarity tells me I am out of memory.

Cause:

Usually this error is happen due to stored user profile data on the workstation

Solution:

Steps:

  1. At the login screen, record the login username and password.
  2. Close Clarity.
  3. Go to C:\Program Files or Program Files (X86) \Clarity or Clarity_US \Setting and rename user folder
  4. Open Clarity.
