Steps:
- Login into the customer website (http://customer.paymatesoftware.com/) using the user id and password.
- On the next screen locate the product table and click on Renew button in the product link. (Example: screenshot shows Clarity product)
- The next screen will show the amount to be paid. Print this page for your records. To print: from the browser top menu: File > Print.
- Click Renew button at the end of the page to complete the renew process if paying online.
- On the next page you will be ask to enter the payment information. Enter payment information and click OK.
