  1. Under Setup > Preferences > Interface > Default general ledger interface frame.
  2. The Use Code Finder flag should be checked off.
  3. Go to Setup > General Ledger > Refresh GL code finder and enter the required parameters to import this file containing the G\L codes.
  4. Click Refresh.
