If you are still unable to create a tax form for the employee, you can also manually create a T4 for the employee. Please note that this may be a special case and may require our team to remotely connect to your computer to resolve the issue, which is a billable service. 

I have employees who had multiple T4s generated for each province. How can I merge them into one? 

For any differences in payroll groups, business numbers, etc., the system will automatically create a separate T4 for each of the differences. If you want to merge them into one, you must do so manually.
