- When you log into Harmony, ensure that you select the correct data year ("2020"). This is the year you would like to close.
- A dialogue box will appear at the bottom like this to inform you that there are new tax tables available and that you will need to upgrade your database.
- Click the "OK" button to upgrade your database. This process may take a few minutes. To upgrade new tax tables Navigate to Admin settings > Payroll preferences > click tab tax and click upgrade Logout from harmony and logging back
