  1. When you log into Harmony, ensure that you select the correct data year ("2020"). This is the year you would like to close. 
  2. A dialogue box will appear at the bottom like this Image Addedto inform you that there are new tax tables available and that you will need to upgrade your database. 
  3. Click the "OK" button to upgrade your database. This process may take a few minutes.    To upgrade new tax tables Navigate to Admin settings > Payroll preferences > click tab tax and click upgrade Image Added Logout from harmony and logging back
