Problem:
When the Pays tubs are printed out, a particular payroll category item is not printing out, even though it is in the employee’s timesheet.
Cause:
The Show on Paystub flag has not been selected for the payroll category in question.
Solution:
To select Show on Paystub flag, follow the steps below.
Steps:
- Go to Setup > Payroll categories.
- Highlight the appropriate payroll category, and click on Edit.
- Put a check mark in the Show on Pay stub box.
- Click on Save, and Close.
- Reprint the paystubs. The item in question should now print.
