Problem:
The report viewer in Harmony tells me that I have a certain number of pages in the preview, but when I go to print or download them, there are actually more pages.
Pre-Requisites:
- Have generated a standard report within Harmony. Please note that this problem and solution do not apply to dynamic reporting in Harmony Payroll or any reports in Harmony Time & Attendance or Human Resources.
Solution:
In order to generate the report quicker, Harmony's report viewer component quickly generates the report for you with a reduced number of pages. However, when you actually print or download the file, the full number of pages will be seen. If you're looking to generate the full report within Harmony without printing or downloading the report, you can toggle on the print preview by clicking on this icon button here in the report viewer:
