Payroll Category item not showing on Pay Stubs
Problem
When the Pays tubs are printed out, a particular payroll category item is not printing out, even though it is in the employee’s timesheet.
Solution
The Show on Paystub flag has not been selected for the payroll category in question. To select this flag, follow the steps below.
1. Go to Setup\Payroll categories.
2. Highlight the appropriate payroll category, and click on Edit.
3. Put a check mark in the Show on Pay stub box.
4. Click on Save, and Close.
5. Reprint the pay stubs. The item in question should now print.
