NOTE: This article only applies to Canadian Harmony customers.


If you are a Québec customer, there is an additional step you need to do in order for your provincial income tax to be included in your Relevé-1s (RL-1s) and Québec Government Remittance Report during the setup of your company. 

  1. Navigate to Payroll Setup > Assign tax form boxes. 
  2. Look for "Provincial Income Tax". By default, this is code 303 in Harmony. Click the three (3) dots to select it.
  3. On the right side of this page are the tax form boxes that this payroll category is assigned to. Look for the form "RL-1" and box "E". It will have the description "Quebec Income Tax Withheld at Source". Turn on the toggle for this on the right side (it should be green). 
  4. Click the save icon on the top-right side.
